Many injured in Ukraine bank blast
Bomb explodes at branch in southern town of Melitopol, injuring more than 20 people.

Ukrainian media identified the bank as a branch of Oshchadbank, the state savings bank.
The ministry said 16 people received treatment, mostly for injuries caused by glass, with damage extending to apartments above the bank.
Local officials said 25 people had been hurt in the incident.
