Video: Turkey-Armenia ties improve

Neighbouring countries in talks amid ongoing tension over Armenian “genocide”.

Turkey and Armenia are inching closer towards better ties, after a long history of animosity and distrust.

There is now talk that their shared border may be opened for the first time since 1993.

But relations between the two countries still remain tight over a lingering dispute over what Armenia calls the “genocide” of its people by Ottoman Turks.
