101 East asks should bloggers be regulated, or should they be allowed to express themselves freely?
Our guests are professor Shad Saleem Faruqi, a professor of law at the University Technology MARA in Malaysia, and Patrick Teoh, a former radio DJ and television host who is currently an actor and a full-time blogger in Malaysia.
We also have professor Cherian George from the Wee Kim Wee school of communication and information at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
