The attack happened on Friday in Barkhan, a town about 300km(180 miles) north of Quetta, said Hafiz Inayat Ullah, a police official.
The dead and injured have been shifted to a hospital, where some of the injured are listed in a critical condition, he said.
“The death toll may rise because some of the wounded are in critical condition”.
It was not immediately clear if the clinic was the bombers’ target.
