Watban Ibrahim Hassan al-Tikriti, presidential adviser and half-brother of Saddam

Sabir Abd al-Aziz al-Douri, military intelligence chief and mayor of Baghdad.
He does not figure on the coalition’s list of 55 most-wanted figures from the former government.
