The government ordered the deportation of the three to Israel on Saturday after deciding they did not pose a threat to collective security.
The men, all in their 20s, were arrested at Panama City’s Tocumen Airport on 16 May.
An attorney for the other men said they were being held pending further investigation after a probe revealed they owned the plastic pistols displayed aboard the aircraft.
“We will prove that no crime was committed and that they at no time intended to endanger collective security … It was just an act of irresponsibility among youngsters,” lawyer Carlos Carillo said.
