Blast rocks Toronto shopping centre

Natural Gas may have been the cause of an explosion that killed at least two and injured six.

At least two people are dead and six injured after a natural gas explosion rocked a shopping centre in Toronto, Canada.

The explosion occurred on Thursday afternoon levelling stores and destroying several businesses in the West End neighbourhood of the city.

Police were searching for more bodies in the rubble of the mall into the evening. The cause of the blast is not yet known. However, construction crews had been working on the roads in the area.
