Residents of Queensland and New South Wales will soon be undertaking the extensive job of cleaning up from the storms that have plagued the regions for over a week.
Flood warnings continue
Warnings are expected to continue for at least the next few days as the rain is expected to be heaviest along coastal New South Wales.
