Gaza’s footballers aim high with new rooftop pitch

The Middle East’s first rooftop football pitch has opened in an unlikely location – the besieged Gaza Strip.

The densely populated, war battered, Palestinian territory has few open spaces that can be used to play the sport.

This has led football officials to look for playing grounds in unusual locations.
