New film exposes Egypt press crackdown

Film “Under Threat” made by the Committee to Protect Journalists highlights the dangers faced by the media.

Al Jazeera continues to demand the immediate release of its journalists who have now been detained in Egypt for 313 days.

Peter Greste, Mohamed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed were wrongfully accused of aiding the now outlawed Muslim Brotherhood.

The Committee to Protect Journalists has said that Egypt is the third most dangerous country in the world for journalists, and have released a film to highlight this.
