The trial of one of the United States’ most notorious gangsters, James “Whitey” Bulger, is nearing an end.
He is accused of 19 murders and was a wanted fugitive for 17 years before his capture in 2011.
But there is a side of Bulger that the jury in Boston will not get to see.
