Hopeful expats vote in Iran’s election

Many Iranian-Americans, especially the younger generation, cast ballots despite feeling their vote is worthless.

In the United States there are around a million Iranian expatriates – many of them are entitled to vote and special polling stations have been set-up for them.

But the turnout is not expected to be high. Many, especially the young, feel their vote is worthless.
