Iraq sets out to produce first action film
Low-budget film about Saddam Hussein and nuclear weapons forms part of the country’s film-making renaissance.

It is one of the toughest places in the world to live, much less make a film. But that has not stopped Iraqi film-makers from pursuing their passion.
Iraq’s ancient city of Baghdad has been named this year’s cultural capital of the Arab world. As part of the celebrations, the government is commissioning 25 films.
Al Jazeera’s Jane Arraf reports from Baghdad.
