Clinic in US city known for art heritage provides medical care for thousands who can not afford insurance.

New Orleans, a US city that is world famous as the birthplace of jazz, is known as the Big Easy – but life in the city is anything but that for its street musicians.
Many musicians live on the edge of poverty and most do not have medical insurance.
However, a clinic in the city is providing care for thousands of artists who do not have coverage.
Al Jazeera’s Andy Gallacher reports.
