Al Jazeera to broadcast in India
English channel secures permission to air content in India, widening its potential audience.

Al Jazeera English has secured permission to broadcast in India. The channel is now four years old and reaches over 125 million people via television and the internet.
With the new TV rights in India, the channel now has a huge potential audience.
