Indonesia censors under fire
Books and films banned as authorities step up state censorship

A recent decision by Indonesia’s government to ban a film about the military’s invasion in East Timor has angered many rights activists.
They have called for the country’s censorship board to be disbanded, after it blocked the publication of several books last year.
