Al-Qaeda links worry Jordan

Group’s influence is a cause for concern and embarrassment to the kingdom.

Al-Qaeda is becoming a big concern in Jordan.

On Friday, the group’s leader in the country Mahmoud Zaidan was killed in a suspected US air strike in Pakistan. 

It comes just a few days after the release of a recorded message by a double agent who killed CIA operatives in Afghanistan 

Both issues are causing huge embarrassment to the Jordanian government.
