‘Senegal’s Copacabana’ ruined by pollution

The Bay of Hann, once popular with tourists, has been destroyed by industrial waste poured into the ocean.

The Bay of Hann in Senegal used to be famous for its pristine waters and sandy beaches.
But today, it is far from the holiday destination it once was. Industrial waste poured into the ocean has turned it into an environmental disaster, sickening locals.
