Golf’s increasing popularity in China
The once-condemned sport is taking great strides in China where golf club membership is now highly prized.

Golf was once condemned as a bourgeois pastime by Communist leaders.
But China’s new elite are taking up the game in record numbers.
It already boasts the world’s biggest golf playing resort and there are hundreds more courses to come if current growth forecasts are accurate.
