Chinese beef consumption booming
China beef consumption is double that of the United States, and continues to grow.

With more money in their pockets, the Chinese are seeking a richer diet and increasing their intake of beef.
And the appetite for protein is proving insatiable as China now eats twice as much meat as the United States.
