Indonesian capital spends millions to fix Dutch-era buildings, hoping to attract more tourists.

The historic old section of the Indonesian capital Jakarta has been left to decay for years.
But now the local government has started to restore the original Dutch colonial district.
More than $12m is being spent to help owners restore their homes, and clean up the area to attract more tourists.
