Nigeria president in China for $1bn loan
Goodluck Jonathan arrives in Beijing to receive the first part of a $3bn loan for infrastructure projects.

Nigeria’s President Joanthan Goodluck is in Beijing to hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping and receive $1bn-worth of funding from China.
The money will be used to build roads, bridges, power plants and airports and is the first installment of a loan worth $3bn.
The visit highlights the growing relationship between the two countries.
