Despite a long recession and a high unemployment rate, it seems many people in Italy do not want to get their hands dirty – with pizza dough.
While pizza making is part of the country’s culture, new figures indicate that 6,000 positions remain unfilled.
This means that the art of pizza making is slowly being taken over by others – mainly Egyptians.
