Thousands protest against China plant
People in Yunnan province rally against chemical plant, but government says it will bring economic growth.

Thousands of people in Yunnan province in southwest China have protested against a planned petrochemical plant.
They are worried that the project, due to be finished next year, will pollute their environment, but the government says the plant in Kunming will be safe and bring economic growth.
