Seniors make up large part of US workforce
Estimates say percentage of workers aged over 55 will grow by 38 percent during this decade, as they put off retirement.

Most Americans plan on retiring by the age of 65, but a growing number of older workers are staying in the workforce.
This summer saw seniors occupying a larger share of the active job force than ever before.
