Libyan militia alliance to start selling oil

A coalition of Libyan militias has announced it will sell oil from a terminal it controls, as more sources of revenue continue to slip out of the Ali Zeidan-government’s coffers.

The powerful militias, which include religious and secular groups, have made Libya’s central government ineffective in many parts, especially in the eastern part of the country.
