Shell to pay damages over Nigeria oil spill
A Dutch court upholds one out of five allegations by Niger Delta farmers against oil company.

Energy giant Shell has been found partly responsible for oil leaks that caused environmental damage in the Niger Delta region.
A court in the Netherlands dismissed four out of the five charges but ordered the company to pay compensation to one Nigerian farmer.
