Qatar’s ‘Tea with Nefertiti’ in unique first
Show about Egyptian queen set to be first to be produced and curated in Arab country then tour internationally.
A Museum in Berlin, the German capital, is set to reveal a new exhibition celebrating 100 years since the iconic bust of Queen Nefertiti was unearthed.
The ‘Bust of Nefertiti’ is an invaluable piece of art dating back more than 3,300 years to Ancient Egypt.

To mark the discovery, Qatar’s Modern Art Museum is bringing the image of this famous lady back to the Arab world.
‘Tea with Nefertiti’ is expected to become the first exhibition produced and curated in an Arab country that will then tour internationally.
The show, which includes hundreds of pieces relating to ancient Egypt and the Queen, features Pharaonic, Coptic, Islamic and Orientalist artworks, as well as pieces by modern artists.
