Egypt imposes curfew to save power

Egypt’s government is introducing a curfew which means that all shops must close by 10pm, with restaurants shutting by midnight.

Only those businesses catering to tourists will be exempt.

The move is aimed at saving power, which will in turn save money. But many say it will cost the country billions of dollars in lost revenue.
