S Sudan lists demands in oil row with north
Juba, which has halted oil production in dispute over transit fees, says Khartoum’s freeing of tankers is not enough.

The US has called on Sudan and South Sudan to end their dispute over oil transit fees.
Sudan has released four oil tankers that belongs to the south as a gesture of goodwill.
But the government of South Sudan, which halted its oil production in protest over Khartoum allegedly stealing its fuel, says it will not start pumping again until a list of demands are met.
