Food inflation in Pakistan has been consistently high for several years, seriously affecting citizens purchases of daily necessities.
One of those daily necessities is tea – a staple of any Pakistani diet. Under the current government, the cost of a single cup of tea has nearly tripled, mainly as a result of rising milk and sugar prices.
