An estimated 40,000 Bangladeshi migrant workers are trapped in Libya.
For the last few months, communication from Tripoli has been severed, making it almost impossible to send money back home.
Tens of thousands of workers have already returned to Bangladesh since the conflict began in February.
Most of them were abandoned by their employers and fled the country without their salaries.
Al Jazeera’s Nicolas Haque reports from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.
