Ambivalence in Egypt over Obama aid offer
Egyptians are uninterested in the US president’s offer of aid to the country.

Egypt’s finance minister has told al Jazeera he welcomes President Obama’s offer of aid to the country.
That includes $1 billion in debt relief, as well as further financial support for both Egypt and Tunisia.
But in Cairo itself, there was a more ambivalent mood towards the US President’s address.
