Fuel crisis brews in Pakistan

Petrol shortages reported as the country’s biggest oil refinery is forced to close.

Fuel shortages have been reported in Pakistan as the country’s biggest oil refinery has been closed because of the the threat from flood waters. 

The refinery is situated in the town of Muzaffargarh in Punjab province, where long queues are forming at the filling stations amidst fears of a potential fuel crisis.

Al Jazeera’s Kamal Haydar reports from Muzaffargarh on the impact of the floods on the families there.
