UK to limit skilled non-EU workers

Britain’s new government is taking its first step to reduce the number of skilled non-EU workers coming into the country.

David Cameron, the prime minister, campaigned in May’s election for a reduction in migrant workers, but many business leaders say he is wrong, especially at a time when the economy is struggling.
