Rebuilding woes follow Haiti quake
Officials debate resettlement plans after disaster that left 1.5 million homeless.

Cash-for-work schemes in Haiti have helped to clear some of the rubble from the streets of earthquake-devastated Port-au-Prince, but rebuilding the country will be a very long-term process.
About 1.5 million people lost their homes in the earthquake and many may be resettled outside the city under a government initiative, a move that has made landowners nervous.
Al Jazeera’s Jonah Hull reports from Port-au-Prince on the difficulties of rebuilding Haiti.
