Ireland unveils tough budget cuts

Slashing the 2011 budget is just one of the steps Ireland must take to get EU and IMF bailout.

The Irish government has unveiled its plans to cut nearly $8bn from its budget next year. 

It is just one of the steps Ireland must take to get a $113bn bailout from the EU and International Monetary Fund.
