Fake drugs are big business in Kenya. An estimated 30 percent of pharmaceutical drugs on sale are counterfeit.
A campaign has been launched to tackle the problem but it’s no easy task.
There are 44 registered drug companies in Kenya and more than 11,000 illegal products are sold every day.
