Coping with the recession in the US continues to be a domestic priority, with more and more families feeling the full impact of it.
Two out of three middle-class families in the US are at high risk of losing their economic security – and that anxiety is being felt by children.
Now a popular children’s television programme is trying to explain these difficult economic times to the young.
Sesame Street is dedicating an episode to teaching children about the recession and offering lessons about spending and saving.
