Olivier Bercault

Olivier Bercault teaches human rights at the University of San Francisco. He has conducted missions for Human Rights Watch in conflict areas such as E... moreastern Chad, Darfur, Central African Republic, Algeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Sri Lanka and was a UN human rights monitor in Iraq. He is lead author of HRW's "La Plaine Des Morts", a study of Chad under Hissene Habre.
