Israeli troops kill Palestinian

One Palestinian has been killed and a further three wounded by Israeli troops in the northern part of West Bank.

    The incident occurred in the northen part of the West Bank

    Medical sources in the town of Nablus identified the dead man as 22-year-old Jalal Oudeh.

    The other casualties were in a taxi which tried to get around an Israeli army  blockade on Sunday when soldiers opened fire.

    Meanwhile the Israeli army said seven Palestinians, including three female members of the Islamic Jihad, were arrested in the West Bank overnight.
