The government of landlocked Mongolia is hoping China’s so-called 'One Road, One Belt' project will prove beneficial by expanding its railway system.

The government of landlocked Mongolia is hoping China’s so-called "One Road, One Belt" project will prove beneficial by expanding its railway system.

 

It builds on the old Silk Road for increased trade and business links.

 

China, Mongolia and Russia are discussing plans that include developing Mongolia’s railways and opening new cross-border rail links.
