Vietnam to host APEC summit amid challenges

US President Donald Trump’s next stop in his tour of Asia is Vietnam, where he will attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit (APEC).

Top of the agenda is likely to be trade, with more than half of APEC members trying to sign a multilateral deal that the US has withdrawn from.
