Sepp Blatter, president of FIFA, has announced that Russia and Qatar are selected to host the 2018 and 2022 World Cup respectively. Russia has deafeted England and joint bids from Spain-Portugal and Holland-Belgium. Qatar has beaten bids from South Korea, Japan Australia and US; both countries will be hosting football biggest tournament for the first time. Do you live in Russia or Qatar?
