In an effort to win over local "hearts and minds" in Iraq and Afghanistan, is the US militarising its foreign aid? That is the claim of aid groups working on the ground. On Wednesday's Riz Khan we ask: Is foreign aid becoming a military tool and, if so, what does that mean for aid workers and the people they help?
