Iraq’s power-sharing deal: Your views

Galal Talabani, the Iraqi president has formally asked Nouri al-Maliki to form a new government. The move gives al-Maliki one month  in which to negotiate more potential hurdles as he hands out ministerial portfolios to Iraq’s various political factions. Will this conclude in forming a comprehensive effective government? Will it attain national reconciliation? Give us your views.
