When should the US withdraw from Iraq?

Iraq has made the strongest public assertion yet regarding US troop withdrawal from Iraq. Hoshiyar Zebari, the Iraqi foreign minister, has demanded that the US government provide a clear timeline for withdrawal. Will the US government concede to local and Iraqi pressure? What could be the implications for an immediate pull out? Who would benefit and who would suffer? What would be the most reasonable timetable for US troops to leave Iraq?
