Five Lebanese prisoners, including Samir Kuntar, who was convicted in one of the most brutal attacks in Israel's history, and the bodies of 199 Hezbollah and Palestinian fighters will be repatriated in exchange for the bodies of two Israeli soldiers who were captured in a cross-border raid in 2006.
