Going green is high on the agenda as world leaders convene in New York pledging to do more to combat climate change. The Nordic countries are among those to win plaudits for their "green" economic policies. But are such models sustainable? Is there enough pressure on the biggest polluters to go green? Are the costs involved equal to the results?
