How should Russia be dealt with?

While Russian troops remain in Georgia the European Union has decided not to impose sanctions on Russia. Yet Madeleine Albright, the former US secretary of state, says the West should work together and look for ways to isolate Russia internationally. Do you agree or disagree with her statement?
